STILLEN'S new exhaust for the G35 coupe is the result of months of development and testing on the G35 and 350Z. Made of 100% stainless steel, the system features dual pipes, dual mufflers and a lifetime warrantee. It makes the most power of any G35 system on the market and fits like a glove. Test results on a G35 automatic yielded 13-15 HP at 5200 and 16-18 ft/lbs at 4400 rpm. This is the first and best full cat back system available for the G35. On the dyno they yield 11.5 hp at @ 6200 RPM and 18.5 ft-lb @ 3800 RPM at the flywheel. These header will produce impressive gains on both Naturally Aspirated and Forced Induction vehicles. These headers are made of Mild Steel and are ceramic coated. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic with proper tools and a lift. This is not a backyard bolt on. After months of development work and the recent release of the long awaited headers, STILLEN now offers their new Race Pipes for the 350Z and G35. While they do delete the catalytic converters, these Race Pipes, combined with STILLEN's new performance headers, produce big increases in power and torque on both Naturally Aspirated and Forced Induction vehicles. Contributing to the performance gains along with the straight-through free-flowing design, is an expansion chamber that promotes more efficient exhaust scavenging. Tested on the Dyno, the combination of STILLEN Headers and Race Pipes yield performance gains of 16 hp at @ 6200 RPM and 20-lb.ft @ 3800 RPM at the wheels. This is a newly redesigned exhaust from Stillen. This part has been redesigned to fit the 2005 models, and the all wheel drive G35X. It will also bolt up to the 03-04 RWD sedans, just like the prior exhaust. This exhaust has a more subtle exhaust note when compared to the original exhaust, and still provides the solid horsepower gains you expect from a Stillen exhaust
