Infiniti Performance | Infiniti of Scottsdale Track Days AZ

For over 20 years, the dream of Infiniti has lived and breathed through performance luxury vehicles that constantly exceed expectations, while delivering customers a stylish edge in performance and design. Whether it is the classic G35 or the legendary Infiniti G37, Infiniti of Scottsdale is your Infiniti Arizona dealership.   Infiniti cars are not about doing what everyone else is doing; on the contrary, they are creating vehicles that thrill and exhilarate in a way that is entirely new to customers. Compared to Lexus and BMW, the Infiniti line of sedans is an exciting, responsive change of pace that delivers day in and day out.

Infiniti's amazing ride began in 1989 with the Infiniti Q45. Released as the 1990 Infiniti Q45, this car redefined the category of luxury, and took it to an entirely new level of performance and engineering. The Q45 featured a 4.5L VH45DE V8 engine with 280 horsepower and 292 lbs. per-foot of torque coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission. For the first generation, the Infiniti Q45 sported digital climate control, leather upholstery, remote-activated keyless entry, power-adjustable front and passenger seats, and one-touch power windows. With this luxury sedan, Infiniti soon gained recognition as an industry leader in customer satisfaction, winning numerous awards including the highest rank in J.D. Power and Associates Customer Service Index, as well as consistent top three finishes in major independent sales and service studies.

Throughout the early years, the Infiniti model line-up and dealer body grew steadily. The exterior and interior design of the flagship Q45 evolved without compromising its exceptional style or engineering. The Infiniti G20 compact sports sedan soon made its debut alongside the dramatically styled J30 luxury sedan, the I30/I35 performance sedan, and the QX4 luxury SUV.  While the mid to late 90?s confronted Infiniti with a slump in retail due to an industry-wide decline,  Infiniti sales by the end of its first decade were consistently around 75,000 units a year.

The new millennium heralded a period of unprecedented growth for Infiniti.  The company concentrated on reinvigorating the brand with an altogether new breed of vehicles cutting edge rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive designs.  Introduced in March 2002, the dramatic, award-winning Infiniti G35 Sedan was soon followed by the G35 Coupe in November, and finally the iconic Infiniti FX in January 2003. Reviews were exceptional, and the Infiniti name was soon to be the fastest growing luxury brand in the U.S.  This return to excellence declared to consumers that Infiniti was not only back, but at the top of its game.

Infiniti continued innovations to its line of luxury sedans with the Infiniti I35.  As the QX4 and Q45 were gradually phased out between 2003 and 2006, Infiniti introduced two new models - the full-size, Infiniti QX56 luxury SUV in January 2004, and the Infiniti M performance luxury sedan in May 2005.  By April 2007, Infiniti unveiled its G37 Coupe featuring Variable Valve Event and Lift, or VVEL.  This technology provided higher fuel efficiency, better response, and more power.  By December of 2007, another new member joined the Infiniti family: The Infiniti EX. A combination of seductive design and elegant luxury, the EX 35 also ushered in an array of advanced high-technology systems such as Around View Monitor, Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system, and Scratch Shield self-healing clear coat paint. The second generation FX received its global debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2008 and heralded the introduction of a new 5.0-litre V8 with 390 horsepower, Infiniti?s most powerful engine yet.

The end of a decade brings a new line of Infiniti sedans:  The Infiniti Performance Line. Featuring the 2011 IPL G Coupe with 348-hp 3.7-liter IPL-tuned V6 engine with 276 lb-ft of torque, close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission or 7-speed automatic transmission, IPL-tuned performance suspension, and IPL-tuned high-flow dual exhaust. The 2011 IPL G Coupe also features IPL aerodynamics with front and rear fascias, side sills and rear spoiler, a Unique IPL emblem, and an IPL engine cover. The interior is enhanced by red stitched sport front seats and steering wheel. This gorgeous line of Infiniti sedans will be available winter, 2010.

Early spring 2011 at Infiniti of Scottsdale, we are proud to host yet another Trackdays. Over 70 hi-performance Infinitis were driven during the last Trackdays event at the world-renowned race track. Over 100 spectators watched as the drivers dominated over 4,000 miles of asphalt. Trackdays has become a nationally known event, increasing in popularity throughout the Infiniti community and beyond.  Trackdays is fast, fun, and family friendly! Infiniti of Scottsdale invites you to come watch the beautiful and high performance Infinitis get pushed to their limits. When normally law-abiding and reserved owners test their courage and refine their skills at high speeds, there is a dynamic that can only be described by watching.
