Selected a used car online. Setup a test drive and explained we needed to be out fairly quick due to a medical issue that prevented my wife from sitting too long. They were great and got us out quickly. Purchased the vehicle for the pre agreed price and went thru closing deal quickly with hi pressure to purchase anything else. My wife and I were appreciative for the professional way they handled it.

Matt, the service advisor, greeted me this morning and told me it would take one and a half hours to complete the oil change, tire rotation, and wax coating. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service done on time and I learned that although I thought there was a 5000 mile service… It was actually 7500 but Matt completed the service in the coding. We love this dealership after my son and I both bought INFINITI's.

I bought my INFINITI QX80 new in 2021. My warranty was about to expire in February. I was driving the other day and the bolt for my caliper came out of my front break caliper. I was concerned that Infinity might not cover this as I’ve never heard of a bolt breaking out of a caliper. However, INFINITI was able to process this under my bumper-to-bumper four year 60,000 mile warranty. Total repair including replacing my rim was around $6000. After driving a 20’ Mercedes GLS 450 for 4 years, we decided to give the new 25’QX80 a chance. Timothy and Jim made that happen and it was an awesome working with them! The process was very simple and they took great care of making sure we got the most for our trade. Not very often do we ever want to return to a dealer and buy another vehicle but this dealership is exceptionally good and we will definitely be back in the future when we are ready to purchase again!

I wasn’t greeted. I had to go in and look for someone. I was asked to take a seat. My service tech Juan went straight to my suv first and sent the car runner to get my keys from me. My suv went in for reapply of Zaktek at 8:07am and was done at 8:30ish am. Not sure how it was reapplied, a wait time given, washed & dried in less than 30 mins??? I questioned that it was done correctly and Juan said yes & walked away.

Since July 12, 2024 I have been corresponding with Ricky Manning, Johnathan Bryant (Executive Manager), and most recently Isaiah Mendiola. Overall, it was a good experience.
However, given that I'd made an appointment the day prior to test drive an ELECTRIC car, I would've thought it would have been charged up more than it was. I was also coming from out of town which they knew (2 hours away) Thankfully we had enough juice for a test drive, but we had to stop at the Tesla charging station after leaving the dealership just to make it home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason for the lower score is that they do not offer a buy back program within so many days if you change your mind. It seems like they won't stand behind their cars.
