You don’t have to travel to the Far East to experience its vibrant culture. That’s because on Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3, the Scottsdale Civic Center will be transformed into a cultural wonderland for the Arizona Asian Festival.
Taking place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the event will celebrate the people, traditions, flavors and artistic tones of this awe-inspiring region. For starters, there will be various vendors on the scene who will be showcasing the life, culture and serenity of Asian communities.
Featuring everything from a fashion show and calligraphy to live performances and dancing, you won’t want to miss out on all the action to be had at this one-of-a-kind extravaganza. For the little ones, there will be a Children Wonderland, where kids can take part in a variety of hands-on activities, including face-painting, crafts and various games.
