INFINITI and Publicis teamed up to make a new car emoji. The emoji is used in text messages and other online communications. The two companies worked together to develop the design. They also created the manufacturing process.

The new emoji is a sports car with a black body and red accents. It is based on the INFINITI Q60 coupe. The emoji will be available on devices that support the Unicode 11.0 standard.

INFINITI and Publicis hope that the new emoji will help promote the brands. They also believe it will make it easier for people to communicate about cars online.

A study from Consumer Reports recently reported that electric vehicles have significant savings compared to gasoline cars. They compared the cost of EVs against their gasoline-powered counterparts. The cost to own an EV was found to be less than for a gas-powered car. This difference is mainly due to the lower cost of electricity relative to gasoline and the fact that EVs require less maintenance than gas-powered cars.

Fuel Savings
Electric vehicles are powered by electricity. It is cheaper than gasoline. In addition, electric vehicles are more efficient than gas-powered cars, meaning they use less energy to travel the same distance. It results in significant savings on fuel costs.

In the Consumer Reports study, the savings on fuel for an electric vehicle was $800 to $1,000.

Maintenance Savings

INFINITI and Waze Partner for International Women’s Day and Waze are starting a new campaign together and are joining forces in celebration of International Women’s Day. The automaker and navigation app are both determined to highlight historical women and landmarks centered around women with their campaign, “Pave it Forward.” 

The campaign includes making the Waze navigation app even more interactive during Women’s History Month in March. While traveling and taking different routes in some of the top cities in the U.S. and Canada, Waze will pin historical landmarks and women-owned businesses. This allows drivers to learn more about significant women in the past and present who have shaped various cities and made a positive impact on society. Users can immediately change their routes to take a detour that takes them to a historical landmark to learn more about women in history. They can also drive directly to women-owned businesses to show their support with a purchase of the goods or services.

The campaign was formed after studies have shown that only one-fourth of streets are named after women in both U.S. and Canada. Thousands of markers will be present in cities that include Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Tampa, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Vancouver, B.C., and Nashville. The app will verbally share important facts and information related to women as they drive through different cities, allowing users to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road during the experience. All of the landmarks have been carefully selected by The National Women’s History Museum due to their historical significance involving women who have made a positive impact in local communities. Over 63,000 new detours were made to support businesses and help drivers learn about female changers.

The user’s car icon on Waze can also be changed to the new 2022 INFINITI and Waze Partner for International Women’s Day QX60 while taking various roads and routes for added fun. This SUV luxury model has been launched and designed by women. When Does Infiniti Plan to Be All Electric?
Infiniti’s current goals are to try to make “most” of its lineup all-electric by 2030. The company is planning to have its first EV come out sometime in the next year.

INFINITI’s Plans

The brand is planning to have its EV and hybrid options use Nissan platforms. The goal is to focus on more all-electric vehicles rather than trying to use hybrids as they had planned previously. There will be a transition, however, as Infiniti moves from gas-powered engines towards engines that are more all-electric. Initially, it tried to focus on series-hybrid but the system wasn’t going to make it to the U.S. It at least wasn’t going to make it there the way that the brand wanted in terms of price or miles per gallon.

So, instead, their priority is now all-electric vehicles as part of their “reevaluation and reset” approach to what power train options they will be adapting.

Strategies

INFINITI has always tried to focus on giving customers what they want, and it turns out that these days they want options. So, this is exactly what Infiniti plans to do. Customers will be able to choose between options like all-electric, combustion, and options in the middle for as long as that’s feasible. At some point around the 2030s, it will move to electric vehicles only.

Additionally, Infiniti will still try its series hybrid approach for areas outside of the United States.

The electric strategy it will employ is going to be based on the vehicles it has like EX Inspiration for an SUV, the Q Inspiration, and the Qs Inspiration sedan.

It also has the hybrid option of just using electric motors as generators instead of in the traditional way.

With a quiet 2021 model year from INFINITI, 2022 will be exciting thanks to some updates to the technology inside the INFINITI QX80. While the exterior and performance features for the QX80 are going to remain the same, you’ll find some impressive developments otherwise.
