How to operate the Remote Start function on your Infiniti JX

Remote Start (if so equipped)
The remote start operating range is approximately 200 feet from the vehicle.

To start the vehicle remotely:
Press the LOCK button on the key fob. Then, within 5 seconds, press and hold the ENGINE START button for at least 2 seconds.

The engine will start, the parking lights will turn on and the Automatic Climate Control will begin heating or cooling the vehicle depending on the selected temperature.

LEAF-Based Infiniti EV Expected to Launch by 2017

According to Nissan's Product Planner, Andy Palmer, the AWOL LE electric sedan may go to market after all. First revealed at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year, the Eau Rouge was an immediate hit, though it was introduced sans engine at the time.
